I am the vCIO offering IT Strategy to SME businesses. Most will know what a part-time FD looks like and why they are used. I provide the same kinda thing but for IT.
We offer it as a service 1 or 2 days a month and align with the business plan.

Push yourself outside your comfort zone. Trust yourself; you know more than you give yourself credit for.
What one book or podcast changed your life?
I don't have a single one, I listen to a few different podcasts and have a number of books but there is not one on its own
